Amazing family vaca!

We had an amazing week here . The people and community are so very friendly . We loved not having not to bring beach chairs as there was plenty in the shed . The beach was amazing and the neighborhood is super safe .the house was clean an inviting . The walk to the beach wasn’t long but coming back uphill is a little of a challenge for older adults . Beach pass and gate pass made life super easy . The beach has a ton of sea glass which my daughter loved collecting daily . House is clean and has everything you need . Beds were comfortable and the outside made life easy laughing with family ! Again ty this was an amazing find can’t wait to come back

Great girls getaway

We had a group of 4 senior women for a girls getaway and had a fun, relaxing stay. It is a wonderful property in a great location! Close to restaurants and a couple of museums but in a nice private beach community. The house was lovely and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The beach is beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in Old Lyme! The owners of this property were so great and accomodating! They really went the extra mile! We enjoyed the beach in the neighborhood and many sights in the surrounding towns! We highly recommend staying here. Melinda

Excellent Stay

My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids and the in-laws. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s just a short walk to the great private beach and the community has many other amenities as well. Our whole family had a great time and would definitely rent again in the future. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Great Experience!

Staying at Anne’s cottage in Point O Woods was an incredible experience for our family! From the booking process to Anne’s attention to detail during the check in process was exceptional. The cottage was clean, up to date, and beautifully decorated. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and her rental provided a great space for our family to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely be booking with Anne again!

I had a group of 7 and we stayed 5 nights. Everything was great. Property manager made sure I knew property was three seasons. There were some personal touches done in preparation for our stay. Had a great time in a beautiful area.

Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The decor was beautiful and the home comfortable. We had all we could need for kitchen and bath. Anne really goes the extra mile to make the renters feel at home and supplied us with great books, cards and games. Thank you for opening your home to us and I hope we can come back next year!

Magical weekend

We were an extended family of 6, grandparents, parents, along with two boys, 3 & 1. Everything about our long weekend was special. Anne couldn’t have been kinder or more responsive; the home was immaculate, very well stocked, and so well organized. Nothing missed and thoughtful touches throughout. This community with its pristine beach and friendly neighbors is something we’ll never forget - that along with our grandson’s first kayak adventure with his “Pop.” We will be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Point O Woods. It had been years since we had stayed there and remember how great the area is. The cottage was more than roomy. Very comfortable. Easily fitted 6 people. The AC in the living area and in each bedroom is an added plus for the summer. One and a half bathrooms was great plus the out door shower. All the amenities and more for a week. The outside porch with the drapes and lights was a favorite from everyone. The private beach is awesome. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming . Tough to find a negative thing to write about
