Welcome to The Sea-renity Now! Where irritation, frustration and anger just POOF…go away (hopefully)!

With intracoastal and sunset views from the back decks and beach views from the front decks, there's something for everyone!

Spacious bedrooms and a deck-to-deck main floor make this a great escape for a family or even a few families! With little kids in tow, the beach is a 3 minute, 48 second walk away (and if you carry them, you can make it in 2 minutes ;) )!

The first floor features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a bathroom that has a shower stall, and the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed and twin trundle roll out (you would need to move the furniture a bit to scoot it out) and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second floor features an open floor plan living area (with a combo dollhouse/play kitchen for any littles), dining area, fully-stocked kitchen, powder room, and decks on both sides of the space. The third floor houses the main bedroom with a king-sized bed, a twin bed with twin trundle, and a full bathroom. Each full bathroom includes a hair dryer.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. There are plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots and pans, utensils and the like. There are also plastic cups, plates, trays, and utensils for children.

We have two pack & plays and one slumberpod that are available upon advance request.

Sea-Renity Now! A peaceful and beautiful retreat!

Beautiful townhome with beautiful views, comfy furniture and bedding, toys for our 2 yr old grandson all just a 3 minute walk to public access beach....since there was no public parking it was not crowded at all making it exceptionally quiet for much needed Vitamin Sea and wave therapy. The townhome's outside shower had good water force and hot water. A helpful foot cleaning station helped keep the inside sand-free. Informative communication with Owner Stacey was GREAT! She was VERY helpful - had 4 beach chairs for our use and allowed an earlier check-in which was much appreciated. The kitchen had the basic needs for a chill and laid back respite. Instacart delivery was available from Publix so quality food choices were available. The front and rear decks had comfy seating to watch spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. A grill would be a great addition for the future. And ceiling fans in the 2 downstairs bedrooms for cooling efficiency. The only thing that was a bit of a problem for our stay was the 3rd floor bathroom had very low water pressure but that appears to be a problem for all on the island so likely not repairable. We happily adapted to outside hot showers and the two bathrooms downstairs had very good water force for showering. We visited the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rehab Hospital - a short 5 mile drive away- the largest indoor Rescue-Rehab-Release facility in the world. The informative tours were led by dedicated volunteers. Worthwhile!

Family vacation

My family and I had the best time during our stay at Searenity Now! There were 8 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was really clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, there were board games and toys for the kids to play with and it's just a short walk to the public beach access! The owner is very quick to respond on any inquiries. I would highly recommend renting this house for your vacation!
