COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND QUIET!!. Three bedrooms-queen, double, and twin beds and couch pulls out. Sleeps 6. Guests will need to bring LINENS.

Living room, dining room and hallway walls are knotty pine with oak hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tiled floors in kitchen and baths.

A wrap-around porch across from the beachfront provides constant ocean breezes and sounds.
Deeded beach access is just across the street with front door to beach chair time of one minute.
The rear of the house has a view of the Intracoastal Waterway and its extravagant sunsets.

A visitor's storage room is available for your beach chairs and toys. A large, enclosed outside shower is under the carport steps. The utility room includes a full sized washer and dryer.

A Wonderful Stay!

We had a delightful stay for our first time in Topsail. The house was charming and perfect for our family of 5. You can tell the house is older, but is clean and maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Andrea was very communicative and made sure we were warned of potential flooding with the hurricane coming through. The beach access was right across the road and made it easy to go between the beach and house with a baby. My kids are asking when we can go back!

Perfect size!

This cottage was the perfect size and the perfect location for us! The owner was very easy to contact when we had a question. We would come again! (Note: while the cottage is across the street from the beach, it was a bit of a hike for us out-of-shape folks. There were 18 steps up and 18 down plus a small dune to walk over. We quickly got used to not carrying much with us so it was easier to manuever.)
