Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. 10 acres of quiet and tranquil vacation nested among horse properties and California's best wineries.
House is located on the highest hills in the area with 360 views you will see the lights of Paso at night along with an unforgettable night sky.
Two large decks and one very large patio with outdoor seating for 10 people. Two-story house with three bedrooms and a little nook on the second floor and two living rooms and a kitchen downstairs.
This is a two-story house with three bedrooms upstairs plus the nook/hallway and separate living room and family rooms downstairs.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom (1) has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a toilet and shower, and two sinks. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All beds have a hotel collection of linen and super comfy luxury mattresses. There is bathroom 2 in the hallway on the second floor with a shower, tub, toilet, and sink. Also, there is a trundle bed placed in the nook that has a full bed on top and a twin roll-out bed underneath. This is not a closed room, so there is a little less privacy in the nook, so it is ideal for younger adults and kids. The nook also has a 50-inch smart tv.
Downstairs, we have a large living room on one side with 65-inch tv, an electric fire pit, a reclining leather sofa and two reclining chairs, and a table for 6. On the other side of the house, there is a family room with two leather sofas, a small work desk, a third bathroom with a toilet and sink, and tons of games.
Outdoors: there is 3000 sqft of grass where kids and adults can run around and enjoys the scenery. Also, there are three main outdoor areas: a smaller covered area with swing chairs and large games such as corn hole, Jenga, etc.
The main covered patio with super comfy chairs, arcade1Up infinity game table w/100+games, Fussball table, and hokey table, and 50-inch tv. Lastly, there is a huge area with outdoor furniture for ten people, three fire pits and heaters, an outdoor dining table for 12 people, and a professional grill island, all covered under a 9ft gazebo. You can see the most amazing sunsets and sunrises from that patio overlooking 70+ eucalyptus trees located on the property. If you are up for a walk, you go and sit under those trees and feel like you are in your own little forest.
The house is designed and located in the area to give you a true connection with nature and peace yet still provide a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The guests can access the entire house and all 10 acres of the land. This is a self-check-in place, and there will be no one at the property at any given time other than guests. Guests can also access the attached garage which has laundry and dryer units.
The house is in a remote area, and we are not in the area and cannot show up during guests' stay. Please make sure you load your GPS route ahead of time, as there is inconsistent data coverage in that area. Also, please try to check in before it gets dark, as it is very hard to find the house at night.
The house is located in the famous Independence Ranch - a community with primary horse and wine enthusiasts and with the smallest lot size being 10 acres. It is very safe, yes very quiet, and a private area where you can enjoy nature and still feel very safe and cozy. Truly, best of both worlds. There is a paved road so no need to worry about the clearance of your car.
10 acres... You will not worry about the parking - there is a driveway that easily hosts 10+ cars. However, we do not allow more than 12 people at the property at any given time.
The house is 12 drives from Paso airport, Estrella Warbird Museum, Field of Light/Sensorio (must see), Eberly Winery, Tobin James Winery, and many more. 20 minutes to Downtown Paso Robles. Few wineries, such as Bon Niche Cellars and Cinquain, are within 5 minute drive.
