Get ready for a vacation you and your loved ones won't soon forget in this one-of-a-kind vacation mansion in the Cape! The serene waterfront location offers lots of peace and quiet, yet you're still close to plenty of local amenities, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and parks. The home itself is filled with fun diversions as well, with a ping pong table, pinball machine, virtual reality, board games, and over 5,000 arcade games. There's even a home theater with reclining seats, a wet bar, and a classic popcorn machine. This three-story, 4,160 square-foot home includes four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one with an en suite bathroom and the others with a jack and jill shared bathroom. The master suite is on the third floor and has a private bathroom with a luxurious tub. It also includes a generous walk-in closet and access to a large private balcony overlooking the canal. Be sure to look out for turtles, sea otters, iguanas, and more. The high vantage point offers stunning views for miles, and an elevator provides easy access to every level. The main living area features an open-concept design that is perfect for gathering with your loved ones for delicious meals or just to relax and unwind. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream, with a large center island and modern appliances. Enjoy casual meals and snacks at the breakfast bar, or make it a sit-down affair in the adjacent dining room. After dinner, retreat to the lower level for a round of ping pong or a board game, or watch a movie on one of the six streaming-capable TVs throughout the home. Outside, a shady lanai with a grill and dining area overlooks a fenced pool, and the double lot includes a large side yard with plenty of shade as well. The local area provides plenty of attractions, too, such as Matlacha Island, Fort Myers Beach, the Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, and a plethora of public parks. With so much to do in the area, you're in for a delightful vacation filled with fun and excitement. All that's left to do is to book!

Amazing property

This property had everything we could ever need on vacation. The owners were very hospitable; communication was great! The beds were very comfortable and the pool was awesome! Speaking of awesome, the shower on the third floor is the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home with amenities

This was a beautiful home and quite large. We weren’t able to get the elevator to work; that was frustrating but we got our exercise! If you’re looking for a tan, the height of the home blocks the sun from the pool area and keeps the pool a little cold. But it is a beautiful property with lots of entertainment- and the owners are very kind.

Great for Families!

After another VRBO host canceled on us less than a month out from our trip, we feel like we ended up at a better place than our original plan! This place was a perfect spot for our families, with plenty of activities for the kids. The host was very responsive and proactive with communication. As previously mentioned, the pool is shaded for most of the day, but that worked well for kids who needed a break from the sun. We did wish there were some more basic supplies like dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc, but as this home is rented more, I'm sure there will be more in stock. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

When you rent this property, you're renting it from a family, not some corporate giant. It's also the COOLEST and biggest house for literally miles so you can be the king of the castle for your trip. This is one of the only rentals in Cape Coral with an elevator for the mobility challenged. It's ideal for an extended family to come visit together.
