Would Stay Again

The house is close to a lot of different places. Had no trouble getting to different restaurants and the Gem Show from where we stayed. It was very clean and the owner even brought us over some coffee. It was very quiet and we felt safe during our stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone interested in traveling to Tucson

About the host

Your host

Eric and Kathy both Grew up in Tucson and this is their first nightly rental. They bought this unique property in late 2021, and hope to some day develop it into a small music venue, but in the meanwhile they have renovated this space with love to a very comfortable unit.

Why they chose this property

Great for those seeking a Unique Residential/Light Industrial location located in Central Tucson. Quiet and Private. Near lots of amenities but not in a traditional neighborhood.
