Bike riding adventure

Great property close to bike trails and downtown square. The house was set up nicely for 6 people and was spotless. The process to get in and out was effortless. We would all stay there again.

Dopest of dope houses

The title says it all. Thats what we named our house. First, Coler is literally in the backyard !! The garage was the highlight for us. The patio furniture was great for after ride hanging out. The ping pong table was a fun touch as well. The kids wanted to play at all hours of the night. lol. Move to inside the house … jetted tub for the win! Bathrooms were very nice and clean !! One also includes a bidet , which is a very nice touch! The kitchen is the perfect size for our crew. Not too big or too small. Living room was nice , however, we didn’t use it much. We were there to ride and hang out with friends and family ! The all seasons room was a great space to relax in the mornings, it was quiet and peaceful. The back yard is fenced so if you have kids, it’s perfect for them to play and not have to worry if they are running into the street or not. I would rate this place an 11 out of 10 stars. The hosts were amazing and very responsive when we were communicating. They had ideas for places to eat, places to ride ,with kids or without kids. Very awesome hosts!!! The only “downside” I can think of is…it is rideable to slaughter pen. However, there are 2 pretty big hills to get back to the house. With smaller kids this could be a challenge, with legs getting tired. Adults, shouldn’t be an issue. There’s also a protected bike lane from Coler to Walton drive, which is very nice. We would definitely stay there again if it’s available on our next trip.

Great property close to trails and other amenities. Plenty of room for bikes in the garage and room to relax and cook before and after rides. Overall great experience.

Best value house we've stayed in Bentonville

Excellent house we enjoyed and hope it is available for our next visits to be with extended family who live in the area. Many thoughtful amenities and hospitable conveniences provided. Especially enjoyed the cozy sunroom with an extra TV, plus the close access to Coler. Rates a 10!

We have traveled all over the country and we strongly prefer to stay in a house because they are so much more interesting and comfortable. Bike in bike out of Coler. Ride Thunderdome, Fireline, Esthers, Here's Johnny, Cease and Desist, and every other trail at Coler without having to load your bike up or be on the road in traffic.

Or, use the protected bike lane to get to Downtown Bentonville, Slaughter Pen, and to everything the Square offers like restaurants and shopping.

Plenty of seating for your group amidst luxury details such as fluffy towels and comfortable sheets!

Park your car when you get here and use your bike to get around! You're next to the Coler Groves trailhead. From there you can bike to downtown Bentonville and beyond to destinations such as Bella Vista to do the Back 40 or Tunnel Vision. Or, you can take the bike path and go all the way to Fayetteville!
