I met a couple of friends in Bentonville for a girl’s weekend and the house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and cute, and very well furnished and supplied. It was also in a great location and walkable to lots of fun shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Walked to downtown and our nightly hangout brewery. Easy ride to the trails as well. Bike shed was great. Had bike pump and stand for use. Will be back.

Had a great long weekend in Bentonville in this gorgeous home. Super close to downtown without having to worry about parking. Super clean, super cute and friendly, responsive hosts. Loved the front porch, back deck, washer and dryer - and all the amenities!

Our stay for a mountain biking weekend lived up to the name. The location was unbeatable as it was close to downtown, trails, and everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had a great modern vibe that made it easy to relax after long rides.The “bike garage” out back was a huge bonus. Super convenient for securing our bikes, with the option and tools to work on them as well. It’s clear the place was designed with riders in mind. My brother-in-law and I couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We definitely recommend this place!

Overall great central location close to the trails and town.The main road was a bit noisy in the morning and the the bike garage was not secure for our bike storage. (Garage door did not lock).I would consider staying here again.

Excellent Stay

This is an excellent VRBO property. The house is in excellent condition, the kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances and utensils, the location is great and the host was very responsive to our questions. Currently there is construction on the nearby street but it didn't bother us and should be finished soon. This is probably one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. Thank you for a clean, comfortable and quality place to stay!

Loved the house. Perfectly decorated. Great kitchen. Bedrooms perfect and walk in shower for aunt. This was a perfect place to have my aunt go to museums then rest with my husband and I biked! We felt comfortable leaving her with no fear of falling. Really enjoyed orawlves. Thank you!

Family time in Bentonville at the Mountain Bikers Paradise

We came to visit family in Bentonville and stayed in this fabulous home . . . the Mountain Bikers Paradise. The home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The location was great with easy access to downtown. Our grandchildren loved "coming to our house" to visit, play games and have meals together. Our hosts were helpful and available in the event we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great little house

Super clean home, owners clearly take pride in ownership. House has everything you will need. I got the feeling that the house was planned out/ furnished by people who are travelers, not just investors. Simple process from check-in to check-out. Recommended for sure

Awesome Home

This is a very nice home in a great Bentonville area. We found everything to be as pictured/described. It was extremely clean, up to date, tastefully decorated, and the hosts have thought of everything needed to make a stay here comfortable. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and that the TV’s were easy to operate. The house is managed by Evolve and communication was detailed and timely. Truly enjoyed our stay here!
