This unique place has a style all its own. renovated carriage house apartment overlooking the Thames River. Spacious and bright with loads of natural light. Perfect for a couple but has a pull out couch for another person. The sunsets are amazing. Outdoor patio and grill. 7 minutes to downtown Mystic and Stonington. Loads of area beaches. Within walking distance to the famous "Pauls Pasta" on Thames Street.

Great stay in the Groton / Mystic area

This remodeled carriage house looks great, was very clean and is a short drive to most things in the Groton and Mystic areas. We stayed here a week and enjoyed it, there is a full kitchen, off-street parking plus central AC for warmer weather.

This property is ideal location for anyone interested in an easy access, quiet neighborhood and tastefully appointed property. Conveniently located near the Thames River, and within minutes of a variety of restaurants and shops in both Groton & New London. **US Coast Guard Academy and Fort Trumbull are just two of the many area sites worth visiting while here**

Enjoyable stay in Groton!

I enjoyed my stay at Wendy’s in Groton. I was visiting the area with my daughter and other family members. Wendy was very accommodating. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean. I would stay at Wendy’s again when I visit CT again.

Charming quiet apartment with view of Thames.

Lovely clean quiet apartment. Recently renovated. Pictures don’t do it justice. On quiet wide street. Has big yard with awesome view of the Thames River. Had everything we needed with lots of thoughtful details. We loved it. Wendy is great host.

A perfect home away from home

It just had everything. I even did my laundry! Every room was bright (when desired) and lovely. Appliances were top rate. The Tv allowed me to download my YouTube tv so I TRULY enjoyed ALL the comforts of home. Would absolutely stay there again. Parking in the driveway. It was truly private Wendy is exceptionally friendly and accommodating
