About this property

Historic Hudson Valley Farmhouse

Our charming 1890s farmhouse is full of natural light and good vibes! Very close to downtown New Paltz and Rosenadale, to the Shawangunk Mountains, Minnewaska State Park, and Mohonk Mountain, and across from the Walkill Valley Rail Trail. Our two peaceful acres boast a farm pond, fruit trees, and sit on the Walkill River. There are four bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and living room. There is a wood burning stove and lots of cozy places to sit and enjoy the views of the property!

Things to note:

Parts of the outdoor space are shared with an adjacent property. While VRBO house guests have exclusive access to the large deck overlooking the pond, some areas of the two acres are shared with guests of the cottage, next door. Both houses are dog friendly but please keep dogs on leash at all times.

If you are interested in renting our adjacent house, a cottage, please contact us.

Accessibility:
The bathtub is a claw foot with a shower head. All bedrooms are on the second floor. A dirt path leads from the driveway to the house.

A 19th century farmhouse with original features such as slanting wood floors. The front of the house is close to the road. The back of the property is on the Walkill river.
