Perfect for our family!

This property was perfect for our family. The space was roomy, comfortable and clean. Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies available. Easy contact with the host and the view is beautiful.

The property is in a basement. It looked clean at first impression. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was clean also. There was one hideaway bed under a sofa bed that had rodent droppings. There were also some small bugs in a blue blanket. Dane was nice - and I believe the rodent dropout may have been a surprise for him.

Perfect location for us! 30 min to Provo so we had quick access for the BYU football game and tookThe train in for General Conference. Our family of 5 loved the homeyness and we also had awesome communication with the owners.

Really lovely property, you won't know you're 5 minutes away from shopping and dining. LARGE space, it's a full basement apartment. Well equipped. Comfortable reclining sofa. Nice and clean.

It was perfect!

We were in town for a horse competition, the house was only 8 minutes from the competition. It made it really great to be able to take my daughter to the competition, go back and hang with our little puppies!

Had a great anniversary trip. Be aware this is a basement apartment basically. Young age the family above you, can hear what they’re watching on Tv etc. it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but could be a deal breaker.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was exactly as displayed on the website. We enjoyed the privacy of the location as well as the its convenience to the surrounding area. When back in the Spanish Fork area I would stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed.

We had a busy family weekend and family close by, so we were really here just to sleep and change clothes but everything was great! My only complaint would be just finding the house the first time- I'm glad we came during the day because night would have been tricky with no house lights on our anything. But everything else was fantastic!

Utah get-a-way

This place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was a basement apartment below the owners home and was quiet and comfortable. However, I would suggest the host add a lamp or two in the main bedroom so when you turn out the light at night to go to bed you can see your way back to the bed. Also I think the host should add mattress covers to the beds. When we stripped the bed in the main bedroom the mattress had stains on it that looked kinda gross.
