Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very convenient location to stores, shopping, resturaunts, and fun activities!

We loved the area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The huge sliding glass in the living room and bedroom were amazing! The elevator wait was rough, and the long walk from the garage, but the room, view, and amenities made up for that minor inconvenience. Would stay again

The place was very close to all the shops, restaurants, and just down the street from walmart and target. The facaility was very convenient except for the elevator wait and the long walk from the garage. The place was wonderful, great staff, clean, great pools, poolside tiki bar, and startbucks just beside the pool! Would have loved to had some cleaning supplies and broom/mop in my room, but the room had an amazing view, a/c worked great, and the bed was comfy! So any inconvenience was outweighed by all the other great things! Would stay again!

Spring Break 2025

The property was great. Everything was clean. The elevator situation wasn’t as bad as others mentioned. There were times you had to wait, but no worries. The equipped kitchen came in handy as we eat breakfast and lunch in the condo. We also made use of the washer and dryer to wash towels and bathing suits regularly. We were on the 19th floor and the view of the ocean was amazing. We took full advantage of the sauna, steam room, and Roman bath. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and Relaxing Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and decorated nice. The view of the Gulf is breathtaking! The mattress felt brand new. Will definitely rebook in the future.

We came down for our 27 year Anniversary. It was all that we wanted. Close to all things that we were interested in. The staff at the property was very helpful. The view from our room was exactly what was advertised. Beautiful. My husband really enjoyed it because he got to look down at the beach without having to be on it.

I would recommend this condo but would like others to know about the accommodations. It will sleep up to 6 guests but you will find there is nowhere for them to keep their luggage or personal items other than on the floor in a corner or against a wall in the dining area or living area. The condo was very cluttered with 6 people. I would recommend at least a two bedroom condo if you're traveling with more than 4 people. The resort is very nice as a whole with lots of amenities and I have stayed here several times on vacation and will stay again.

Nightmare

This was the most disappointing place. It was dirty, the air didn’t work, the water didn’t work for most of our stay, and the wifi went out multiple times. Only 3 clean towels in the whole place, dirty furniture. Within minutes of walking in the condo, our feet were black. There is no one on site to help. You have to communicate through Vacasa, but it takes hours for them to get someone local to help. With the issue of the water outage, no one local ever contacted us. We kept texting Vacasa with no resolution. They let anyone in the parking garage. No need to have a code. The gate stays open. You have to give someone your license as collateral for the luggage carts so we missed our first dinner reservation at the beach. It took two hours to check in with unhelpful staff and slow elevators and long lines since they make everyone check in at the exact same time with only two people working the desk, one brand new who exclaimed she didn’t know what to do, and the other walking away with no explanation. We tried to talk to people on site and get help but it was useless because no one was ever at the desk. If you do choose to stay, bring laundry detergent, dish detergent, anything you need for the kitchen, blankets, pillows, washcloths, and towels. If you don’t want to sit on a dirty couch, also bring a slipcover. Don’t make any dinner reservations. You won’t make it. Also a good book since you have to wait 35-45 minutes for an elevator each time.

Unbeatable views

We went during the week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and while the "peak" times were tricky with the elevators like many other reviews mentioned over all it wasn't so bad. I do think going in the middle of the week contributed to that. It was a good experience over all! The resort itself was very clean with dinning in the building and even a Starbucks! The room we got was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was smaller than expected but it did what it needed to do so very minor. The views is what made us choose this resort and trust me when I tell you they did not disappoint! Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the waves and the beautiful view of the ocean. Panama city beach was pricey and if we ever choose to come back to the city we'd definitely book with them again!

We have stayed at the Tidewater Resort a couple of times in the past and always had a great experience. However this time it wasn’t as nice. First off there had been an electrical fire that effected 3 of the 6 elevators and our outdoor hallway lights. So for 4 of our 5 day stay we were waiting at least 30 minutes to catch an elevator and at night we had to use our phone flashlights to get to our room. Then we get to our room and both couches are filthy, there is pink mildew around the main bathtub drain, the blue living room rug is almost black and the balcony couch is nasty and cushions are worn out. We covered all the furniture with extra sheets so we could sit in them. The bed was clean and slept very well. I will think twice before staying at Tidewatet again.

Nightmare

Listen to a mom of 2: it is not worth it. Go somewhere else. This place was a nightmare from start to finish. Power went out, wifi was spotty, check-in staff was rude. She walked away in the middle of checking me in! I asked her co-worker where she went and she laughed and said, “I’m new! It’s not my job to keep tabs on her!” They make everyone check in at the same time- 4 pm. So we had to wait 45 - an hour to get luggage carts. Then the elevator was horrendous. They were so slow you had to stand in a long line for over an hour to wait for your turn. I was wet with sweat by the time we finally got to the condo. We had to cancel our dinner reservation we made for 6:45. There was no way we could make it after waiting so long to get on the elevator, unpacking the luggage cart, and then returning it. You might say, “why return it? Just leave it outside your room and take it back after dinner.” Well, you can’t because they make you turn in your driver’s license as collateral for the luggage cart. By the time we were done with the check in we all had to have showers. I’m not kidding. Standing in these hot halls with no a/c waiting on the elevator all weekend is my version of heck. When we did get to the condo… door was open. That’s fun. Air conditioner didn’t work, wifi went out multiple times. I’m in grad school and missed a school Zoom because of that. There were only three towels in the entire place and one tiny packet of laundry detergent. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen useful. Most of the time they at least have trash bags and dish soap. The furniture was dirty and had hair all over it. Within minutes of walking in the condo, our feet were sandy and black. The balcony door was stuck and it took 24 hours for someone to answer the message to come look. She was very nice, and it’s not her fault, but there is absolutely no one to contact on site if you have a problem. There is a Vacasa desk on the first floor, but I never saw anyone there. The most helpful person was the security guard, but he couldn’t help us really. And the biggest issue of all: we didn’t have water at all for the majority of our stay. You read that right. No water. We never heard anything about why or when or how or if it would be restored. I called and the call went to a call center and they said someone would reach out to me locally and never did. I wish I could attach the screen shots. Just don’t do it. Stay somewhere that has actual people you can talk to for help. Stay somewhere with towels. Soap. A comfortable couch on the balcony or chair… just awful. What a waste of this momma’s money.
