Great Stay at this Paradise Valley location

We stayed for 2 month's so our comments are based on the long term rental. The neighborhood felt super safe and the neighbors were all very friendly and open. The location is great, it is close to restaurants, shopping, Old Town etc. Very convenient. The home had great kitchen cookware and dishes. Which we have learned is not always the case. The beds were comfortable and the home had plenty of towels etc. Drew the owner was friendly and open to any issues that came up. For long term rental, it would have been beneficial to have more comfortable outdoor furniture. The outdoor furniture was as shown in the pictures, so this was something we knew going into the rental. However, the olive trees in the yard were annoying. We sweep large amounts of olives every day. Drew does have lawn service come every couple of weeks. Not sure how long they drop olives so it could be a seasonal thing. The only other comment is for long term rental, there are no side chairs, end tables or lamps in the living room. Since we are older these things would have been easier for us. However, the furniture was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
