Pretty Bohemian Condo

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Felt safe when walking the dog at night inside the complex. Beds are comfortable as well as living room furniture. Kitchen needs a little bit more supplies, especially if you cook. Having garage for parking also helped, but big suv or trucks won’t fit. Good location, especially for Tempe and Scottsdale area. Would recommend. There’s a park on the other side of the elementary school which is great for walking.

Scottsdale Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The master bed is a little low to the ground but wasn't an issue. Loved the walk in shower and that the condo was on the first floor (no steps). It had everything we needed as listed in the amenities. It was wonderful having a garage and having a washer and drier was helpful. The location was great and close to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Close to Tempe Marketplace and Sloan Park. Communication with the owner was great. He responded very quickly. The pool area was nice and close but wish the pool was heated. We would stay there again when we come out for Spring Training.

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for us. It is located at the south end of the Scottsdale Greenbelt and has easy access to the greenbelt right next door- great for walking, running, biking, frisbee golf... The location was centrally located for all the activities we did during our month-long stay: Old Town Scottsdale, West World, Mesa, Phoenix and Glendale events, hiking various mountains, ASU, tennis... The condo is clean and recently renovated with new appliances, washer and dryer, and smart tv. The condo complex is gated. We did not use the pool, but it is available. Drew replied quickly to all questions. We highly recommend staying here.

Winter get away

This is in a great location, very convenient to the airport along with the fun things to do in Scottsdale. Many walking/biking paths close by and felt very safe. The property is gated for vehicles and walking so make sure you are informed about the codes for access. The unit is nicely decorated and very spacious. The pool was listed as heated but I would have to question that but there were several lawn chairs to be able to lay out when the sun was out which was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend renting this property.
