UPS/PROCTOR - MID MOD HOME

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Listen to records, feel nostalgic about the 50's vibe, and connect with your loved ones around the various spaces to gather. The favorite spot is the courtyard, which is the focal point of this L-shaped one-level home. You'll have everything you need, the house is fully equipped. Laundry and plenty of space to play outside.
The space
This home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with a private lot. It is 1728 square feet but it lives large because the courtyard is like another room in the house and the side yard is spacious. The setting feels pleasant and it’s a nice space for friends and family to congregate and play.
Guest access
The whole property is to be enjoyed by our guests. There are no shared spaces with anyone else.
Other things to note
We have three security cameras on the exterior of the property. One for the front door, side door, and back walkway. All are facing away from any private areas such as the back patio area. Privacy is important to both us and our guests. This is strictly to help with perimeter security of the home if ever needed.

You won't be disappointed

Like a fresh step back in time. Home is immaculate and updated by preserving the good parts of a older home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the owners have thought of everything to ensure a worry free stay.

Wonderful Stay in Great Property

Our stay at Aaron's property was fantastic. The house is in a great location, is large and spacious, and was incredibly well stocked: a fully equipped kitchen, lots of cleaning supplies, extra toiletries in the bathrooms, and even a vintage record player with lots of vinyl albums to play! The midcentury modern decor was very well done, and the big backyard was perfect for summer outdoor dinners. Aaron was very responsive, communicative, and helpful. We can't recommend this property enough, and will definitely be back!

Contemporary Calm

Family was visiting from the east coast to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. House comfortably held 4 adults and two kids at 4 and 5. We had many adventures out of the house all wishing 15 min: zoo, point defiance, waterfront of Ruston and car museum. My parents loved the retro one level floor plan. Esp listening to the lps in the living space. Kiddos could be themselves without waking folks up. The fuse ball table in the garage was a huge hit. Also Jefferson park was a great immediate distraction if we needed some space. Morning walk to Valhalla coffee shop was very enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time.
