Needs some TLC

Our first walk in we immediately smelled mold and mildew. The temperature was super cold, furniture very dirty, hair all over the couches. Mold in ceilings of two bathrooms, mold around ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. The bottom one the top bunk mattress was torn all up huge eye sore for the person on the bottom bunk. Kitchen very small, broken toilet paper holder. House felt very old and outdated, wood floors creaks when walking, light bulbs blown in a few areas. Toilet in one of the bedrooms makes a squealing noise for about 2 minutes after you flush. Great location, but it needs MAJOR work. We were able to get relocated the very next morning, so management was super helpful and was in constant contact and responded immediately. This could be a great house if they would just fixt the issues and replace that old worn dirty furniture.

Fall Break Rental

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the cleaning person notified us that the group who had stayed here the week before us had left without completing the tasks for checkout like the towels, trash removal, stripping beds, etc. and it was taking her far longer to get the house ready for us than it normally would. This made us not really be able to get into the house until a few hours later than expected. That situation was really the only hiccup to an otherwise great stay at this home! Would definitely stay there again!

2nd time at Casa Grande

We love the location of Emerald Shoes. This was our 2nd time at Casa Grande. The location and space in this home is exactly what we needed for a large family gathering. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagons provided made it easy. The home was clean and supplied with everything we needed for the week. Al, the property manager, was quick to answer any questions we had. Easy check in and check out. We will visit again! Anna P
