What makes this House unique
Our guests love the 1800 SF of outside decking that wraps around all 3 floors. There are views of the ocean from two sides of the house. The elevator makes it easy to bring luggage upstairs and the golf cart makes it fun to drive around the community. There are two Weber natural gas grills on the 2nd floor deck, conveniently close to the kitchen and living areas. Our guests have told us that the beach toys in the garage for the kids and the baby equipment is a big plus. We keep a well stocked kitchen to please the most demanding cooks.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this house! We had 9 adults and 3 kids under 5. The house and location were a perfect fit for our group! All of the “extras” that this had on hand were amazing - beach toys and chairs, high chair, booster seat, pack play, etc. Even with the short walk to the beach the golf cart cane in handy as two adults ended up with injuries the week before our stay, so the golf cart made it easy to get them to get to and from the beach. Steve was also great to work with! Highly recommend this property!
Making Family Memories!
Our family had never been Destin until September. The entire family of 8 adults and 2 grandchildren had a terrific time! It was a perfect time to visit Destin. The weather was nice, the beach wasn't crowded, perfect sand and even the restaurants although busy were easy to get into. The Bon Bini house was excellent and was perfect for our group. We all had our own individual bedrooms with a king size bed and private bath. Everything in the house was in excellent working order. It was definitely nice having all of the little extras provided such as the gas grill, ice machine, adult & childrens beach chairs plus all the beach toys. The owner, Steve was awesome. He was very friendly and patient with all of my questions prior to our stay. Our family shared some great memories at the Bon Bini house together and we all agreed that we'd like to return again in 2020!

WOW! Always a wonderful experience. This is a return visit and we were a party of 9 adults and 7 kids. This house could not have been more perfect. Gated community, fantastic security and steps from the beach.
We inquired for reservations through the owner Steve and he is always wonderful to work with and quick to respond.
At check in everything was in tip top shape. The home is gorgeous, well-kept and spotless. Kitchen is large and really well equipped with everything needed to cook in; pantry was pretty well stocked. We didn’t have to buy most of the spices, sugar, trash bags etc. The ice maker is a huge plus.
The bunk rooms had an XBOX (albeit one of the controllers wasn’t working) with plenty of games to choose from so the gamers were content.
The only issue we had was the internet was extremely slow on the 1st and 2nd levels of the house. However excellent on the 3rd.
The house was close to several restaurants, shopping areas etc. The private beach was a 3-minute walk or a 1-minute drive with the golf cart provided. There were plenty of beach toys provided for the kids as well as boogie boards and beach chairs for all ages. This was a big deal for the kids.
Excellent place to stay. We loved Bon Bini and will certainly be back
Fun for the 4th
We had a wonderful stay for the week of July 4th. Our group included 15 people and everyone had a plenty of room. The main living/kitchen area was perfect for our large group.

The house is decked out with every upscale convenience that you could possibly need. Just bring your bathing suit and prepare for the best vacation you have ever had.
