GREAT SUMMER WEEKS AVAILABLE! NICE COMMUNITY POOL!

The Opal unit N301- **** Many improvements have been made! New flooring, new furniture, new paint, new decor! OH MY!!!

Located in Dewey Beach on the bayside of McKinley St and RT 1, 1.25 blocks to the beach and one block to the Bay. A perfect vacation rental that is one level, located on the third floor with access to the community pool and parking for two cars.
*This is a non smoking unit. The building does have an elevator and a community use grill.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $105.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
Please note that the deposit schedule will be detailed on the lease: 1/2 the rent is due with the signing of the lease with the balance due 30 days prior to check in.

Comfortable, well appointed condo

We are very pleased with our stay in this condo. We are a family with two young adult sons. Bedroom with king bed was very comfortable, sons slept on Murphy bed in living room, which was also very comfortable by their report. Decor is beautiful, two full baths, and a nicely appointed kitchen. Pool is small medium, but very nice. Only downside is it is right on the main street through Dewey Beach. So there’s a bit of traffic noise and chatter from passersby if you keep the windows open. One block from the ocean. Beach in this town is very nicely kept. It is a short distance to the undeveloped state park beaches south of town. Rehoboth, which is a much bigger town is only a five minute drive away. Overall, we had a great week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The condo was a perfect size for our family and very nice. And clean!
