About this property

105 Bellevue St. Unit A- Located in the HEART of Dewey Beach. You cannot find a better location if your desire is to be in the middle of the action! This apartment has been completely remodeled and includes a primary bedroom and bath and sitting area on the second floor. The first floor includes a second bedroom and bath and an eat in kitchen. The apartment is just over a block to the beach and includes off street parking for 1 car. A perfect spot to take in all of Dewey Beach! This rental is dog friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $135.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Family vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very impressed with 105 Bellevue. The location was perfect as were the accommodations. We are a family of 4 and had our 2 dogs with us. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch during down time. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great 2 Bedroom Unit in the Heart of Dewey Beach

The unit was as advertised; it’s right in the heart of Dewey Beach. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. It’s not particularly big, but has a nice upstairs TV living area for when you want to get out of the sun. You can sit on the patio and listen to the live music of the two bars next door. Only downsides are the nights the Bottle & Cork has live shows, it can be loud.
