One buiding on a large estate with your own side like jumelé with private entrance, terrasse/balcony and private parking. Moderne and practical the living space is on two levels. Fist is commun space with the main bedroom. Downsatirs are two other bedroom and the secong batharoom with an additionnal living room and two beds (double and twin). Private trails and view at the St-Laurence estuary. The place is a perfect getaway for visiting the area all quebec north shore, manic, Labrador, archipel des Iles Minguan National park, reserve Unesco and going to the Gaspesie with the Baie-Comeau Matane ferry. Enjoy a welcoming pied à terre. Make it your home while discovering a part of Estern Quebec.
