About this property

The Little Sunflower

Located center of town, 1 bedroom (old) house. 1/4 unfinished basement with washer/dryer. Upstairs has all been refinished (unprofessionally) by me, lol , Recently replaced bedroom, living room, dining room with all new carpet. It's overall a good solid little house. A real nice queen sized bed, dresser, small dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed in living room makes into a full sized mattress. Not fancy, just clean comfortable and quiet. Small 32"TV, FREE 155 channels, DirectTV. Netflix & Wi-fi.
