Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by this review, as we always work hard to provide a smooth experience and have been Premier Hosts with consistent five-star ratings for several years. We received one voicemail from an unfamiliar number (not the number listed on your reservation) about an hour before standard check-in time, requesting early access. No messages were sent through VRBO or any other channel. We didn’t check the voicemail until later, but your group was already able to checkin the house at the standard time without any issues. We also want to clarify that the only messages we sent after check-in were to apologize for missing the call & drop off treats to make things right. We sent one extra message to let you know we would take care of trash collection so it wouldn’t be a burden during your stay. Beyond that, we did not reach out further, nor did we receive any additional communication from your group about any other concerns. Regarding amenities, the home has always been accurately listed with five beds. An outdated line in the “Rooms & Spaces” section still referenced a “sofa bed,” which we corrected as soon as we became aware. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and remain committed to providing transparent, comfortable, and welcoming stays for all future guests.
