Sit outside in the wonderful FL air on your private outside patio and enjoy this cozy private studio rental. parking for one car. Grab a coffee in the AM or a wine at night! This studio is just steps to Beach Drive and is situated in the Old Northeast-the best place to live! Close to all St Pete has to offer! Walk along the winding Northshore Park trail and watch the dolphins play along the seawall. visit the world famous Saturday Morning Market and eat at fabulous restaurants just literally a few blocks from the studio. Enjoy an evening stroll to the pier and grab some fantastic Coconut shrimp from Doc Fords Rum Bar or jump over to Pier Teak for a Tiki style cocktail and sit under the tiki huts in the open air and laugh with the other patrons! Your studio comes with beach chairs, beach towels a dedicated off street parking spot. Just a few steps to Great shops, places to eat, drink, and enjoy. Wonderful museums like the Dali or even lovely wooded parks, there is no end to a great getaway with eating, drinking, shopping, or just enjoying the sun in the palm of your hand! This Stand alone private studio with patio has a mini-kitchen and full bathroom (including stand up shower) the kitchen is equipped with a small stovetop, mini fridge and freezer, sink, microwave and toaster oven.

Great place to feel safe but to also enjoy everything St Pete has to offer!

I'm available via text if needed of course but typically I leave guests to enjoy on their own.

Take time to enjoy the waterfront and downtown, St. Pete. Great shops, places to eat, drink, and enjoy. Wonderful museums, lovely wooded parks, great places for eating, drinking, shopping, or just enjoying the sun!

Walk or drive or tolly or rent a bike or scooter whatever you want St Pete has it all

I include a beach chair with the rental and two beach towels. St Pete is a fantastic hub of activity and its a great city to visit!

It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!

A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle.
