Poorly managed property

The property manager (AKA the owner) is slow to respond, if he does at all. He was late to send the code to the key box as well. Overall a poor experience because of the property manager.

Jacob wanted to cancel the reservation for a refund 8 days before the stay. I answered every question of his but did not want to hear what I was saying. It is policy to cancel 60 days before a stay. This could have been refunded if travelers insurance was purchased which he did not. Then he proceeded to file a dispute with his credit card which was then overturned.
