Not the best experience

When we arrived at the property the pool was dirty and at least three inches low on water. We had to spend time scrubbing the scum iff the walls and filling the pool with the hose. There was a fake eyelash laying on the table and a dirty sock laying outside the fenced in area of the pool. These are not major things, but things I would think would be taken care of before guests arrive. The inside of the house was clean. The air conditioning also quit working while we were there so we spent a couple of days with a house that was 85 degrees and humid. A technician came to look at the AC and while fiddling with some things it started working again. He states that it was working and would need a new motor at some point. It stopped working again shortly after. The technician had to come back again the next day and they replaced the entire unit. I know these things are sometimes out of anyone’s control, but it was just an added layer of stress and frustration to what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing vacation. The host was good with responding and did send pizza for our family, which was nice. But when you spend this much money to stay at a property, it was just frustrating

Almost GREAT

Quiet neighborhood, central to lots of activities to include Disney. We really enjoyed our times lounging/floating in the pool. Would definitely go back.
