Central near downtown Salt Lake City, the Wasatch mountain range & Sugarhouse

Stylish townhome 5 minutes to I-15, I-80 and I-215; 15 minutes from the SLC airport, downtown Salt Lake City, beautiful hikes in the Wasatch range and most towns in the Valley. 30 minutes to Park City. 5 minutes to several grocery stores and shopping. Easy to use the UTA/TRAX transit system. Walk into a welcoming entryway equipped with a coat tree, sitting bench and shoe tray to host your belongings. The second floor has high ceilings and offers a large living room with a place for everyone to sit and relax, a smart TV, a chef’s kitchen and a few dining areas. It also has a cute half bath and a grilling patio overlooking the community green space. The third floor has two suites and a laundry closet. One suite has a king sized bed with a dedicated work space, smart TV, walk in closet and private bathroom. The second suite has a queen sized bed, a twin bunk bed, a walk in closet, private bathroom and an ironing board and an iron. Come enjoy!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used bath towels, hand towels, dish towels and washcloths in a pile on the bathroom floor. No need to strip beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours from 10:00pm-8:00am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and community by keeping the noise at a minimum during the above hours.
Please make sure the front door is locked whenever you leave the house.
Before checkout please hand wash wooden spoons, pots/pans and sharp knives; and put all other dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
