We had a dance competition at Le Conte Center and the location of the condo was very convenient. I was on the first level by the pool and there were times that people were partying past 11pm which made it impossible to sleep. I would ask for a condo far from the pool if I were to stay again.

Close drive to just about anything you might want to do while visiting the Smokies. Nice pool with water slide for the kids during the swim season. Lots of fun. Just a note to bring your own coffee and filters as the condo supplies a nice coffee maker in the room but no coffee to brew. That would be a nice touch for short term rental.
