Great location.

This was a nice place. It was clean, bright, and airy. It is a great location. It was very close to the downtown area. The owner was very responsive and kept in touch during the entire stay. I would stay there again if I return to Charlotte.

Upon arrival home smelled like animal urine and somebody had been squatting. There was a hole in the floor. We decided not to stay in the home as it definitely didn’t feel comfortable for 3 women to stay in and it was a hassle to receive a refund which we ultimately did not get. I would not recommend

The stay

When I got there , it was a stain on the floor. The shower curtains were dirty. The shower in the master bedroom also was dirty but other than that it was good

The property is exceptionally clean for every guest stay. Jada refused to following house rules when it came to extra guest on reservation, arguing and screaming outside the property and disturbing neighbors and smoking inside the unit.
