Worst experience ever

It wasn't a rental property, it was just two rooms added on to the back of a residence. Check in was at 4 pm. I arrived at 3:45 and had to wait till 4 to get my keys. The owner showed me the pen lock on the outside the sliding door that was masquerading as security. It was broken. There was no way to lock the door from the inside. The is no television or wifi for entertainment. Once inside you are virtually left to read a book. There was no thermostat in the unit. Yo
