Recently updated 3-bedroom rambler. 9 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, 30 minutes to Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts.

The updates include fresh paint, all new flooring (carpet, lvp wood, tile), new counter tops and all new kitchen appliances.

The house has a full kitchen, living room with a faux fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath.

A 5-minute drive puts you at the mouth of the canyon on your way to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts. The resorts of Park City are only 30 minutes away via I-215 and I-80.

Second Stay Here

This is my second stay here and everything was great. The property is very clean and beds were comfortable. And the location is hard to beat. Same as last year, my only suggestion would be to add a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway outside the bedrooms.
