The unit's location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions. However, the check-in process was significantly hindered by a lack of clear, proactive communication and instructions from the host, which created an unnecessary challenge upon arrival. Once inside, we noted that the unit is in need of substantial maintenance and repair. Specifically, several fixtures and appliances appeared to be in disrepair. Improvement in host communication and property upkeep would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Very disappointing

(*This review reflects only the room, not the complex)- Room is NOT as shown in the photos- Additional fee charged at registration- Toilet didn’t flush properly and leaked- Shower didn’t drain- One bulb to light the whole apartment - Safe didn’t work- Utensils and frying pan were greasy and crusted with food- Roaches in the kitchen**The beds did seem clean. We checked them thoroughly. Outside of the room, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant was very good, the pool is wonderful, and the pier is the best part - great for getting in for a swim in the gorgeous water and for suntanning!We did contact the owners and they offered us a second apartment on the same floor but it was no different.
