About this property

Remodel completed October 2022. Deluxe Floor Plan, Everything brand new, 2nd floor with fantastic water & garden views. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ/grills, Tennis, Pickleball, B-ball & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples's Famous Beaches.

**We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.**

There's parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
No smoking, no pets.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the place you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Great location and all the conveniences of home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Upon arrival, check-in was seamless and the apartment was very clean. The onsite restaurant was good and the amenities were great. We had a great stay in Naples!

Amazing, Relaxing Trip

This unit was spotlessly clean and was so well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were both super simple, the condo was conveniently located, and we loved our time at the restaurant and pool! We always love spending spring break with our kids at Park Shore Resort, but this unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in! 100% recommend!

Excellent unit

Very happy with unit, nicely redecorated and renovated. Bathrooms high end, kitchen new countertops. Condo decorated well especially for northerners who want a beach feeling. Loved the condo worked well do us. Appreciated that it was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Great Renovated Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this recently renovated condo. The unit was very clean and the nearby beaches are beautiful. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels in the unit. The restaurant on-site is very good for dinner. The grounds are well maintained and they provide a relaxing atmosphere.
