*REMODELED FEB. 2023* 2nd Floor Condo, lake views. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot Tub, BBQ grills, Tennis, Pickleball courts, Basketball, Exercise room. In the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches.
**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**
**We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.**
There's parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
No smoking, no pets.
Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the place you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.
Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.
