The space
This four-bedroom and three-bathroom villa can comfortably host eight people in the gated community of Bella Vida Resort.

-> Bella Vida Resort, located in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida is a very short distance away from Walt Disney World and several of its attractions including Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.

-> This resort has an incredible and spacious clubhouse that spans over 6,700 square feet and has a huge community swimming pool. There are also over fifteen acres of amazing lakes nearby, a game room for the kids, basketball and volleyball courts, and a huge playground for the kids. Bella Vida also has bocce ball, walking trails and a full gym for any exercise you would like and incredible Italian gardens for your admiration.

-> The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The additional three bedrooms vary in size and decoration with another larger bedroom having a queen-sized bed. Bedrooms three and four both have two twin sized beds.

-> Every room has a bonus of having a flat screen, high-definition television and free WI-FI.

-> The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area.

->You will also have access to a spectacular private pool with a casual dining area nearby for you to enjoy an ice-cold beverage before or after your swim.

-> The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool or billiards table and dart board as well.

-> There are also laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.

Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of thirty-five ($35.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date. A BBQ can be added as well with an additional cost of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for a 7 days period. Additional Days are $5 per day.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
- Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:

Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:

Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:

• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
