Come stay with us on your trip to Myrtle Beach at our fully furnished 2 bedroom condo located on the fourth floor in an elevator bldg. Enjoy a peaceful sunset on our balcony as you watch the sun glisten on the beautiful lake's edge, located right outside the condo. Pool (one of many) is also located outside the condo & can be seen from the balcony.

We are located in the renowned Myrtlewood Golf community where you can relax and unwind as you enjoy a few rounds with friends and family on the majestic green.

The beach is only 3 minutes away and is a straight shot down 48th Avenue North ending in one of the many public beach accesses (with free parking in this part of town). We are also located just minutes away from all of Myrtle's Beach's attractions including Broadway on the Beach, Cal Ripkin, Nascar Speed Park , Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Waves water park, and miles of beautiful sandy beaches and so much more!

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed that can be split into 2 twin beds. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, TV with cable & DVD player.
Our living room has a tastefully furnished lounging area which includes a large LCD screen TV with cable & DVD player. The sofabed can sleep 2 additional guests(total 6 adults).

Our kitchen is fully stocked, you can cook a meal or cook every day.
For your comfort, hair dryer, iron & an ironing board are also provided.
Little messes, no problem, a light duty vacuum cleaner is available.

The dining table seats six.

Everything is new and the location is superb. We welcome you to enjoy your stay with us. Short or long term rentals are welcome.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing stay! It was exactly what we expected! Sal gave me very detailed information about what we should expect, things they liked done and what we should do when we leave. If I ever need to stay in the area again I will be looking for this property first!

Great place and location

The complex that these condos are in are the best. We almost purchased a condo here but opted for a newly constructed villa in the area. Love the location, the 4th floor view and the quality of the buildings. This condo was well maintained and my family had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

Our family members stayed for a long weekend. Location was great, just minutes from the beach, restaurants and attractions. The unit was spacious and clean, very appealing. Made good use of the pools and BBQ grills. All had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect Location

We were down there for a baseball tournament (Ripken Experience) and this place was at perfect location for this. The drive to the ball park everyday was 10mins even with traffic on Hwy17. Broadway at the beach/water park/mini golf are all about 10mins away which provide a lot of things to do with the family. Sal was great with communication. Check in and out were a breeze. House had everything you needed for a stay. Very clean! Pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious with an open floor layout with kitchen dinning room and living room. There was only one thing negative that we experienced and that was lack of water pressure in the shower were the laundry is attached. main bedroom shower worked fine. This was a great place and would definitely rent again if we go back.

Overall Excellent Stay would stay again! Close to Everything

Lovely place clean and spacious. A few very small things like you must supply your own incidentals if your staying more than a day or two. Everything was super clean! Bed was comfy. I loved hearing the water fountain at night. Sal was a great communicator when I had any questions.

Their interests are swimming, fishing & meeting new friends. Their guests are friends and therefore they intend to provide them with the care & attention friends deserve.
