Great location to watch the Astros!

The home was clean and the location was great for Daikin Park to watch the Astros. There was plenty of room and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor so being able to manage stairs is a must. You can see the downtown skyline from the balcony on floor 2 and the rooftop on floor 4. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location in the heart of Huston

Excellent property in a cool neighborhood. If you are a foodie there are many local restaurants that are within walking distance from the property. Also it’s close enough to walk to the convention center. Beautiful property with great rooftop patio. I will stay here again.

This place is even better than the pictures. It was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of places for photo ops, and the neighborhood is nice. Close to the highways so it was easy to get everywhere. I was definitely pleased with my stay

The property was nice and clean…very modern, great location. My only two issues was that the tenant underneath me kept complaining about noise when we were just doing normal everyday stuff. Also, I parked in the garage, so sometimes when I would be ready to leave, there would be someone blocking me in .

Home Away From Home

We were in town to attend a graduation at the University of Houston, which was less than two miles from the rental. The location of the rental was near to everywhere we needed to go. The rental was very clean and the online photos truly represented what you got. We had all the creature comforts of home. The communication with the host was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. I liked that we were able to park our vehicle in the garage. Good value for the money. I will definitely stay there again.

The place is nice. However, there are many flights of stairs to navigate. There is a train the run and sounds it's horns at all hours of the day and night. This is by breweries, so the night crowd and activities can be loud. There is a compressor of some sort that goes off about every 30min .. yes even at 2am. The privacy of the window blinds is very poor in the living/kitchen area. The garage is super loud when the door goes up or down. Neighbors definitely know when you come and go ...

Best House In Houston

This property both cost wise and location were absolutely perfect. Not only did the host have coffee and all of the things you’d hope for as far as basic necessities, they asked for very minimal in terms of check out duties and that never happens any more. It gave us more time to process packing up our own things rather than a list of chores. While that’s a small detail it is a big deal to us so thank you. The house itself… STUNNING, clean and modern. We hope to return to Houston soon and when we do if this property is available we’d book it every time. Also the host was extremely responsive and very friendly. Best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!
