The space
This two story private beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with views to the beach and a terrace balcony.
There are stairs that lead up to the front door, which is accessible to guests with a unique passcode.
Once inside, there is a landing with stairs that lead up to the second floor, and stairs that lead down to the first floor.
On the second floor you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry area, half bathroom and the terrace balcony. The living room contains two spacious comfortable couches, an electric fireplace and a smart tv where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts.
The first floor is where all bedrooms and full bathrooms are located. The master bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, desk with chair, a spacious en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. There are two additional guest rooms; one has a twin bunkbed, chair, open shelving space, a bonus twin mattress under the bed and extra bedding for the twin mattress. The other bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed, open shelving space. The guest full bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries. All bath towels are found in the master en-suite bathroom and the beach towels are in the living room and in the small bedroom.
Guest access
Guests will enter through the secure community gate and turn on the second road towards the beach house.

For your convenience, we have plenty of free street parking and also give guests access to our garage and open car port (secured behind a locked gate).

Guests will also have private access to entire house, including all bedrooms, all bathrooms, laundry area with functional washer and dryer, outdoor patio, and terrace. A community tennis court is within walking distance near the community entrance. Sport gear not included.

Beach access is located less than half a block down past our home through a community pedestrian gate.
There is an outdoor water spout conveniently located outside the house to wash sand off of feet/sandals. Colorful beach towels are provided and found in the master bathroom.
