What is your VIBE? Spring Training, ASU, Old Town, hiking. The three bedroom home, with diving pool is completely remodeled! kitchen is fully equipped with cooking, serving ware and glassware for all of your favorite libations! The granite waterfall countertops with bar area is the perfect entertaining space. There is a dining table & sitting area with fireplace with 50" TV. The game room has an authentic pool table and 70" TV to enjoy your favorite sports game if you're not watching it live from all the nearby stadiums. The covered patio looks onto a large pool with an open air fire pit. The bedrooms all have black out shades if you had too much fun in Old Town or Tempe. A $15 UBER ride from the airport and you are ready to begin your Arizona adventure. You can walk or take a free shuttle to Papago Park, Tempe Town Lake & just four miles to the heartbeat of Old Town Scottsdale with renowned restaurants/bars.
