Down the hall, the primary suite awaits, complete with a king bed, wall mounted television, and reading chair. Adjacent, a large primary bath with jetted tub and separate shower. A second guest room is on the main floor as well, with direct access to another full bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a the Junior primary suite, with a queen bed, private deck, and ensuite bath, as well the fourth guestroom and another full bath.
Last but certainly not least is the large family room. This flexible space can be made into a fifth bedroom, a gathering place for the kids, or a social space for those who might want to curl up for a late night movie. 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While the driveway is flat and approach to this house is moderate, 4WD or chains are suggested for all Tahoe Donner properties.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
