Guest access
Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Seven days before your arrival, we’ll send the voucher with instructions for check-in.
The vacation homes are all self-catering. This means that it is your responsibility to carry all the supplies that you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, beverages, etc.


House Rules
DO NOT SMOKE - very strict non-smoking policy. INFRACTIONS $500 fine. We allow you to smoke outside the house, with doors and windows closed, no cigarette or odor must be present in the house, otherwise, you will be charged the fine.
PETS and PARTIES are not allowed.
It is not allowed, under any hypothesis, the use of charcoal BBQ. Subject to fine.

Extras - Only if requested
Pool Heater fee: $30/night (minimum 5 nights);
BBQ fee: $70 for the entire stay - this amount includes cleaning the barbecue after the check-out. I DO NOT PROVIDE FULL PROPANE GAS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFILLING THE GAS IF YOU WANT TO USE IT.
