3 bdr Sweet Home Near Downtown and Beach 1Gb Wi-Fi
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
Come relax just 3 minutes from downtown Pensacola, 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from NAS. Not to mention just 4 minutes to Joe Patti's (the best seafood market in USA) and Walgreens and a great Vietnamese restaurant, Saigon Market, within walking distance. With so much to do and see, this will be your favorite vacation!

The space
The unit is on the left side of the modern duplex built in 2020. It is separated from other unit with a garage for increased privacy. The space would be perfect fit for traveling remote workers, it has two dedicated workstations and fast internet up to 1Gbps. Garage at this moment is not included in the lease.
Please be aware this home is close to downtown, and does have a mixture of housing types and businesses nearby.
This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome with their parents. Please note: there is no child safety equipment used in this house. The safety of the child(ren) will rest on the supervision of the parents.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access to entire house and backyard (through the side gate) but the garage used as a storage is off limits.
Other things to note
Garage at this moment is not included in the lease.
Pets 30lbs and under are allowed. Make sure to include them in your reservation request. Pets are $50. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by the pets.
