Thanks for your stay. We have never had one crime at the property. We have now owned it for over 7 years. These are good working people and the other units in our building are leased by young tech professionals and people that wor the state. Never had one issue.

The inside was clean and we really liked the decorations. Pictures were accurate. The only problem is that it looked like Oscar the Grouch lives around there with everyone he knows (lots of trash around and not picked up). Host very responsive as directions to get inside were not accurate.

Not sure why another review listed that parking was an issue and that it is “ghetto” because quite frankly, that wasn’t the case. It is an urban area and close to all the major things like the Moody Center. Parking for our truck and trailer was NEVER an issue during our stay. The place is clean, updated and all the rooms have smart tvs and fans. Our puppies loved it too. Todd was super helpful and communicative even after I asked him about parking our trailer after seeing someone else’s ill-willed review. I would definitely stay again. Super easy check in and even easier check out. 10/10! Thanks, Todd!

The condo on the inside was ok, the neighborhood and grounds are a ghetto. The designated parking spaces for the unit were taken up by cars that never moved over the 3 days we stayed there. Trash and graffiti line the street.

Had many options I didn't count on having. Board games, Xbox, TV's in rooms, remote control fans in bedrooms, and a bidet! The curb appeal (outside the fence,) could be improved. I will definitely book again!!! 👍👍

A nice property near where my brother lives. Upon checkin, there were some issues with missing items. The owner responded quickly and got everything to us that was needed. I would guess this is a new listing and he is learning the ropes and will improve with experience and time. No real complaints. It's not a fancy place but the pictures are realistic

Never use VRBO

The place was under construction didn’t have running water and wasn’t even supposed to be on the app. Called host multiple times no answer or response. Just sent message that it wasn’t supposed to be available and good luck finding a hotel last minute. Took multiple attempts and a couple hours of time just to get a refund. Horrible property and customer service. Only good thing was I didn’t have to leave my car in their parking lot over night.

You left the part out that we paid for a hotel for your party for the inconvenience. Then you tried to book 2 rooms for $500 to take advantage of the situation. This was a plumbing accident that happened an hour before you arrived. We got it fixed now and everything is working great. This is a excellent property that is a complete remodel.

Inside was great. Clean and in great shape. Beds were comfortable. Nice hot water. Good for 2 couples. Easy access to major highways (183) so access to local shopping or downtown is a breeze. 25 minutes to COTA.
