I can't wait to come back

Jason's carriage house is perfect for a couple looking to explore all nashville has to offer. Walking distance to great restaurants, extremely quick uber to Broadway. Loved the place. We come to Nashville about once a year and I will look at availability on this property first before anything else moving forward!

I've lived in Nashville for 18 years and absolutely love this town. Additionally, I've lived in East Nashville for 12 years and it's, by far, my favorite part of the city due to the diversity, restaurants and bars, and walkability.

Why they chose this property

The Carriage House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood only a mile from the heart of downtown Nashville. Hotel rates can exceed $500/night and parking $60/night downtown so this space is perfect for your stay in the city. Staying in East Nashville will give you a quieter experience and allow you to eat and drink with locals while only 10 min or less via car to the center of downtown Nashville. Local parks, trails, sidewalks, historic homes, mature trees and more make East Nashville one of the best kept secret spots in the city.

I take great pride in my space and you have full privacy during your stay as the Carriage House is detached from my main house. The Carriage House has top notch furnishings and amenities that rival any fine hotel. Additionally, free parking, snacks/drinks, and other perks are available.
