It was a cozy renovated basement apartment. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics needed to make a meal, including a rice maker. We met the owner. He was very friendly and offered help with anything if needed. We had a great getaway.

OK if you’re used to apartment style living

People in the house upstairs were a little loud. And the shower head could use an upgrade, but it was a nice location and easily accessible. The host was quick to communicate and I would stay there again.

Nice little apartment

This was a nice little apartment to stay in. It’s in a good location. I really liked that each room had its own heater and there was a nice cozy fireplace in the main living room. The bed in the family room is an air mattress, just fyi for anyone planning on sleeping there.

Welcome home

We entered a warm, homey apartment with a nice gas fire glowing for our arrival. Absolutely everything we needed was available to us. The space was nice; Kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Perfect place to stay for attending events at BYU- I.

We found a half eaten bag of chips in one room. And toys under the bed. The listing says sofa bed. However it is just a couch. It does not open into a sofa bed. The listing stated check in was at 3. But I did not receive check in info until after 4 the day of the booking. And it specifically stated in the message to not check in until after 4. It was a good thing we were running late and hadn’t planned to be there by 3.The sheets and comforters seemed of good quality and very comfortable. It was sufficient for our quick one night trip.

Cozy stay

My 2 kids and I stayed for 5 nights over Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were nicely dark at night. We loved the gas fireplace/heater. The kitchen was fine for our Thanksgiving dinner. The couch was a good size and comfortable.

Cute little place and excellent communication with property managers.

Not much more to say. We only stayed one night, but had to get there very late. The property managers responded to questions quickly and were helpful and kind. We could hear some pattering feet of little kids and a dog upstairs, but it wasn't a bother at all. Thank you!

Review: Grand Teton Getaway.

10 days in length. Very roomy, clean, and suited our needs (2 persons). Plenty of room to sleep at least 5 more. One small bathroom, however. This is a basement unit but one can see out. Just a few steps to entry. A very quiet and peaceful community with many families living nearby. A very clean community also. 75 miles to either Teton or Yellowstone NP and a beautiful drive through fertile farm land. Our host were very nice and helpful. Only 28 quick miles to the airport in Idaho Falls. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

This basement has been my baby project for too long, and I am so happy and excited to show it off to everyone who will listen, now that it is complete. Please come enjoy the space and have an excellent trip here in beautiful Southeast Idaho.

Why they chose this property

This apartment has ample sleeping and cooking and dining space and is always cleaned thoroughly before each guest arrives. Where it truly shines, however, is in the large living room, with a comfortable sectional big enough for everyone to gather, play some games, and make some memories. I want you and your loved ones to sit in front of the fireplace and talk and laugh. While you are here, look around at the incredible photos throughout the home. Most were taken by family members, friends, or guests! If you take a great photo of some iconic SE Idaho space, please share it with me, and I might frame it for the next guest to enjoy!
