Please do not allow unauthorized guest or visitors into the house. Do not disturb my neighbors. No Partying, No Smoking, and No Loud Music.
Quite time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. External cameras are in the foyer and at the front and back of the house.

This property is a home away from home along with the feel of New York. The apartment was designed with the feel of New York. Displaying pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and the Empire State Building just to list a few.

What makes this property unique


This is the East Flatbush area of Brooklyn, Also known as "Little Caribbean". The area is mostly a Caribbean, American neighborhood. It is within walking distance of lots of take-out restaurants serving American, Caribbean, Chinese, and Italian food. You can take a bus or Uber to Flatbush Junction where you will find shopping and popular restaurants such as Italian Food, Applebees Grill, Bake, and Things, Picky Eaters, and much more.
