This is a family friendly, walkable neighborhood with a variety of parks, recreational activities, and restaurants nearby. Any store you need is just a stroll or short drive away including grocery, farm market, European deli, liquor, health food, salon, pharmacy, bank, pet, travel, etc. Langley Memorial Hospital is a 3 minute drive (Uber available) or 20 minute enjoyable walk.
