Gorgeous and new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in one of Orlando's trendiest resort communities. Comes fully furnished and with your own private heated pool. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 7.7 miles from Disney and other themes parks. Short distance from restaurants and shopping.
Spend the day at the resort pool (loaded with water attractions for the kids), while relaxing and having a drink at the property restaurant or pool bars.
The townhouse is spacious, with everything you need and with one master bedroom luxury decorated, with a king size luxury memory foam bed mattress (to fully rest after those daily long walks in the parks). One of the other rooms has a queen size memory foam bunk bed and the other room 2 individual twin beds. There is a sofa bed in TV room area and there is plenty of parking (gated community).This property and the furniture is new.

Private female owner that bought the house for my grandkids and for family vacationing in Orlando. Retired world traveler that understands the needs of leisure travelers and the importance of making them feel like home while being our guests.
Why they chose this property
Not only because is a beautiful property, tastefully decorated and inside of a trendy vacation community resort that offer sports and water/ pool amenities, a restaurant and bars. But also, because we don't rent it for business, the property is for our sole use and enjoyment, guaranteeing to our guests the same possible experience that my family and I will have as owners. The property is barely used and that's how we pretend to keep it, this to mitigate excessive wear and furniture tear to keep it at optimal conditions and that our guests and visitors can fully enjoy it.
Orlando can be expensive, so I got this property having in mind that we needed a place to relax and enjoy daily while the kids are having fun all day at the pool without having to go out everyday to the local them parks.
