About this property

Remote Ready I 2 BR 1 BA

Summary:

Welcome to Remote Ready.

We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some :)

This is what happens when you look for inspiration while working remotely in Nashville. Our latest creation has high speed internet, two stylish work desks, a 75" TV, and is walking distance from the Lansing state capital.

If you stay long enough, you might even start talking with a Twang :)

-2 Bedroom with 55” Roku Smart TVs

-1 Full bathroom

The Space:

Features of the Home:

- 1 level duplex (not a shared unit!)

- 2 Bedrooms

- 1 Full Bathroom

- 1 King Bedroom with 55" Roku Smart Tv

- 1 Full Bedroom with 55" Roku Smart Tv

- 75" Roku Smart Tv in Living Room

- High Speed Internet

- Workspaces

The Basement:

- We would like to properly set your expectations for the basement. They should be low 🤣. It is an unfinished Michigan basement. Relevant synonyms: eery, creepy, spooky 🤣. We use it for storing extra materials, cleaning supplies, and random house things. You are more than welcome to use it as needed during your stay, but it is not meant to be a featured space. Judge us on the upstairs. It's super nice up there 😊.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the entire space, including the front porch and parking area. There is laundry in the basement for guests to use free of charge as well. The basement is private. It is NOT a shared space.

The Neighborhood:

This unit is located right in the heart of downtown Lansing. Being nestled in a quiet, professional culd-a-sec makes it both quiet and convenient.

Getting Around:

- Uber

- Lyft

- Local taxi and bus service available

Other Things to Note:

This is a 2 unit town home, located in a cute little cul-de-sac, within walking distance of Downtown Lansing. Once you park and walk up a few steps onto the porch, we are the unit on the right hand side of the townhome (The white door, with glass paneling. NOT the brown wood door on the left hand side) . The other unit in the townhome does not have keypad access, is above ours, has a completely private entrance, and cannot be accessed from our listing. This is NOT a shared space. It is a two unit townhome with two private entrances.

The parking is a little tight at this location. It is located on the left side of the building, nestled in between the duplex next door.

Once inside, the space is perfectly private and bursting with uniqueness.

When you walk in you will see a leather couch, coffee table and a beautiful 75" TV. But, the highlight of the listing is our remote work stations. Two personal desks face the far wall. They come equipped with lamps and office chairs. If you're in Lansing on business, there is nowhere better to stay :)

The big bedroom has a King Size Bed and 52" TV. The smaller bedroom (We do mean small. It's all bed!) has a full sized bed and 55" TV. We love the little bedroom, but do be warned, it has little to no walking room. A true New York City sized space!

Just off the main room we have our kitchen. It has everything you should need, including a cute little dining area nestled in the back. The dining area is a whiskey barrel bar top setup. It's perfect for a morning coffee, a small meal, or a late night drink.

The Basment:

- We would like to properly set your expectations for the basement. They should be low 🤣. It is an unfinished Michigan basement. Relevant synonyms: eery, creepy, spooky 🤣. We use it for storing extra materials, cleaning supplies, and random house things. You are more than welcome to use it as needed during your stay, but it is not meant to be a featured space. We had fun putting this one together. We hope you like it too :)

Interaction with Guests:

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.

Good house with comfortable beds, TV’s and kitchen utensils etc supplies. Only issue is squeaky floors. When Upstairs neighbors move around-you can hear the floors squeak. You can hear it all night and early morning so hard to sleep for light sleepers.
