A New 4 Bedroom Hacienda Pinilla Villa with Beach Club Access and Housekeeping

Villa Nya is a Brand New spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Villa, that was designed to entertain large family or friends gatherings. All of the 4 bedrooms are the same size and were designed to accommodate a family of four. Each bedroom has a king bed and 2 twin beds and it's own private bathroom with an outdoor shower.

The gourmet kitchen will please any cook. The kitchen is well supplied to accommodate all the guests There is plenty of room for your groceries and drinks. There is also a herb garden for your use. In the dining room there is a table that seats 12 and a bar that seats 4 The main living area opens up to allow the breeze flow through the house.

The pool area was designed to have a great time, there are plenty of outdoor seating areas along with a drink refrigerator for ease of entertaining. There is a half bath for easy access from the pool even if wet.

This Villa was well thought out for entertaining large families or a group of multiple families, it will comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 8 children.

This is a tropical hide away is on a secluded lot. The lot is beautifully landscaped in harmony with the natural surroundings which attracts monkeys, birds and more.

This villa is within a secure gated community, Reserva De Golf of Hacienda Pinilla. This villa is a member of the Beach Club. There is so much to do within Hacienda Pinilla, Golfing, miles of beaches with great surfing, 45 KM of mountain bike trails, Horseback riding in the jungle and on the beach and hiking. The JW Marriott is also close by with many restaurants.

Hacienda Pinilla is only 20 mins to Tamarindo, 10 mins to Playa Avenalla's great restaurants and 1hour and 15 mins from Liberia Airport.

Housekeeping is included Monday thru Saturday (Except for Holidays) There is a washer and dryer you can you your own laundry or the hosekeeper will do it for you. With this rental there is no access to the garage or the owners closest. These areas are offlimits to renters.

Nice and confortable stay

We stayed one week for New Year Eve. The house is very comfortable and well equipped for big family and/or friends. Also has a great location since is a 8-10 min drive to Beach Club or Playa Langosta. Communication with property manager was excellent. Great place to stay at Hacienda Pinilla!

Everything and more

This spectacular modern home had everything we needed and more!! The spacious well appointed kitchen made meal prep easy and the oversized custom dining table was perfect for socializing during our mealtimes. The bedrooms were all spacious with an abundance of storage for luggage and personal items. The comfy beds, adjustable AC, ceiling fan and large TV made bedtime transition seem less. The bathrooms had large counters and again plenty of storage. We absolutely LOVED the outdoor shower. Fantastic water pressure and consistent hot water really added to the ambiance. The real beauty of this extraordinary home is the backyard pool and entertaining space. Large tables, several seating areas and of course the huge welcoming pool made this the place to be!! There’s the convenience of a restroom from the yard, an outdoor fridge, and ample counter space making outdoor entertainment a breeze. In the afternoon we enjoyed the hammocks under the trees taking in all nature had to provide. We were so excited because on the last day the howler monkeys were in the trees out the back and side so we were able to get some closeup pics of them. We were so very comfortable here and can’t wait to return next year. Thanks for everything Villa Nya!!!

The host had not signed us in. After getting up at 2:00a to get my flight and travel all day to Hacienda Pinilla to arrive at 9:30p we were not registered and could not get through the gate to the resort. It was horrible and disappointing. The maid comes at 7:00a we asked her to come at 8:00 a. She was gone by 10a. She finished the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen , swished the toilets and mopped the floors. Other than that nothing. The house was extremely dusty. The windows are very sneers and not clean. Mirrors too. The hammocks in photo of home are broken. The cooler , beach chairs and hammocks are locked in the garage. We left boogie boards. The grand children want them left available others to use, not locked up.best to rent a home where there is a local to take care of things. One of the air conditioning units was creating a huge puddle and had to be fixed. The plant beds in the showers had used soap, a floss pick and many dead leaves. Unattractive and not necessary. Would not rent again.

Linda I’m very sorry you feel this way. Per the access tab in the VRBO welcome package the guest are required to provided a list of all guests 48 prior to arrival. Which was not provided. Once Security contacted me I was able to allow your access to house. I responded to each and every communication to me within a few minutes. You notified me about the air condition I sent out a repair person the next day and it was fixed then. You Requested the house keeper to reduce her hours and access to all rooms were not available during her work hours. This will affect the amount of cleaning that can be done. Also once you notified me of these issues we had people there that same day to correct these issues. You reached out many times looking for info that was provided via VRBO and our Villas website. You stated that you were not tech savvy and wanted a hard copy book and were very upset there was none. I offered on many occasions if I could help with any tours or restaurant recommendations but you never responded. There was a list of amenities for the house on VRBO. Which included all info for the internet and access to all rooms to the house. Not included on this list is Coolers beach chairs or boogie boards. If you requested such things prior to your visit, they would be made upon your arrival. I’m so sorry that you were unable to review the VRBO provided info to prepare for your visit so it would be a trouble free. Property manager.
