This is an impeccable historical 2 story house with a beautiful garden and barbecue. It's located in 1428 sw 11 terrace, Miami FL which is only only nine blocks away from Brickell and few blocks away from the heart of Little Havana. It's perfect to walk around the restaurants and get Mojitos, cafecitos, cigars, domino plaza and much more.
The space
This is a 4bedroom/2bathroom property that is fully furnished. We've ensured to pay attention to the small details to ensure that our guests will feel comfortable and really enjoy their time in Miami. If you are looking for a more private environment, you can stay at the property and put the barbecue to good use, spend the afternoon in the garden admiring the Miami weather and have quality time with friends and family. The property is newly renovated and provides all the necessary commodities in a clean, pleasant environment. It is truly the best deal regarding quality and price.

Easy, breezy and great location

This West Brickell house is a perfect jumping off point to get hassle-free to Miami Beach, downtown, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove—plus both Versailles and La Carreta are en route to the house ;) Cute, quiet little neighborhood with easy parking (I’m a native and that is not typical in this area of Miami). Was a little surprised to discover that the house is actually a duplex but the renters next door were great so no issues. Very accommodating space-wise for two families (4 adults, 4 kids ranging from 3yo to 16yo), with a bed to spare! Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean; floors may have been swept up a little hastily but there was a broom ;) Maria is a dream host—offers a stellar rate (more than competitive), made it so easy to get in and out and was very communicative and responsive.

The property is very good, but it miss larger pot. We were 5 and we like to cook, so it was hard to cook in one little pot.

Awesome location great neighborhood

The location is central you can drive anywhere in Miami in about 15-30 minutes the only downside is that there is a slight smell in the place but everything else is awesome!
